Kristen ber\u00e4t Mandanten bei Fragen zu Vertragsvereinbarungen, Arbeits- und Dienstvertr\u00e4gen und Handb\u00fcchern oder anderen arbeitsrechtlichen Angelegenheiten sowie in Sachen Compliance im Zusammenhang mit den von OFAC, FinCEN oder anderen, dem amerikanischen Finanzminsterium und Au\u00dfenministerium unterstehenden Beh\u00f6rden, herausgegebenen Bekanntmachungen zur Geldw\u00e4sche und anderen Bestimmungen. Au\u00dferdem \u00fcbernimmt sie die Markenanmeldungen f\u00fcr ihre Mandanten.\u00a0<\/p><p>Vor der Gr\u00fcndung von Mueller Law, LLC arbeitete Kristen gleichzeitig als Unternehmensjuristin und als Senior Associate und Prozessanw\u00e4ltin bei Anwaltskanzleien und f\u00fcr Regierungsbeh\u00f6rden. Sie hat Erfahrung mit komplexen Rechtsstreitigkeiten, einschlie\u00dflich Handels- und Zivilsachen, Immobilientransaktionen und Steuern, Familienrecht und Strafsachen. Im Laufe ihrer Karriere als Juristin vertrat sie Privatunternehmen, Schulbezirke, Rechtstitelversicherer und Einzelpersonen \u2013 darunter auch zwei zum Tode verurteilte Personen. Dank ihrer breitgef\u00e4cherten Erfahrungen mit Rechtsstreitigkeiten und ihren umfassenden Rechtskenntnissen bietet Kristen ihren Mandanten wichtige Einblicke in die m\u00f6glichen Folgen einer bestimmten Rechtsangelegenheit.
