repr\u00e9sente actuellement des petites entreprises dans diff\u00e9rents secteurs notamment concernant le ski et les tyroliennes, des analystes comportementaux certifi\u00e9s et des gestionnaires d'actifs de conciergerie internationaux. Kristen conseille les clients sur les accords contractuels, les contrats de travail et les manuels, ainsi que sur d'autres questions li\u00e9es au travail, et sur tout un \u00e9ventail de questions de conformit\u00e9 impliquant la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et d'autres r\u00e9glementations promulgu\u00e9es par l'OFAC, le FinCEN, et d'autres divisions du d\u00e9partement du Tr\u00e9sor et du d\u00e9partement d'\u00c9tat. Elle s'occupe \u00e9galement des demandes d\u2019enregistrement de marques pour les clients.\u00a0<\/p><p>Avant de fonder Mueller Law, LLC, Kristen a travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la fois comme juriste d'entreprise et comme associ\u00e9e principale charg\u00e9e des litiges dans des cabinets d'avocats et des agences gouvernementales. Elle a de l'exp\u00e9rience dans les litiges complexes, y compris les affaires commerciales, civiles, les transactions immobili\u00e8res et les taxes, les relations domestiques et les affaires criminelles.
