Kristen fornisce consulenza ai clienti su accordi contrattuali, contratti di lavoro e manuali, altre questioni relative al lavoro, una serie di questioni di conformit\u00e0 che coinvolgono l'antiriciclaggio e altre normative promulgate da OFAC, FinCEN e altre divisioni del Dipartimento del Tesoro e del Dipartimento di Stato. Si occupa anche di richieste di marchio per i clienti.\u00a0<\/p><p>Prima di fondare la Mueller Law LLC, Kristen ha lavorato sia come consulente interno che come associato senior per le controversie in studi legali e agenzie governative. Ha esperienza in contenziosi complessi, tra cui transazioni e tasse commerciali, civili, immobiliari, relazioni domestiche e questioni penali. Durante la sua carriera legale, ha rappresentato aziende private, distretti scolastici, compagnie di assicurazione del titolo e individui, inclusi due detenuti nel braccio della morte.
